You Raised Enough Money to Print 1,000 Loyalhanna Reviews!

Thank you! We’re still crunching the numbers, but we do know that our drive to raise enough money to print 1,000 copies of the Loyalhanna Review has succeeded beyond our wildest hopes.

On July 1 we turned to our LVW community for help. We told you that it would cost $3,100 to print 1,000 copies of the Loyalhanna Review and we needed to raise $1,100 to close the gap between LVW’s cash on hand and the printing cost. So far, it looks as if the LVW community has more than doubled that. You’ve raised enough to pay for at least three-quarters of the printing bill, which means LVW can still afford to pay the flash fiction prizes, as well as insurance and such.

Thank you so very much to this creative community of LVW members and friends for supporting our literary magazine, especially in Ruth McDonald’s retirement year. The way you have stepped up to celebrate Ruth’s tenure as editor in chief shows how much she and LVW mean to so many of us. Now we can share our talented contributors’ writing and artwork with as many people as possible.
